I have been attending Jen’s Reiki/Meditation circles since May of 2022 and the changes in my life have been amazing! The guided meditations are easy to follow and the energetic shifts that happen are powerful, but the one-two-punch is the Reiki energy you receive through Jen after the meditation. The really opens you up to receive the Love and Abundance the Universe has been waiting for you to claim! My boyfriend never heard of a chakra before he attended Jen’s circle. He is now attending her circles regularly and even meditating at home, because he says it quiets his mind and reduces his anxiety. When he can't sleep at night we practice the breathing techniques that Jen taught us to get out of our heads and quiet the monkey chatter.
